I’m Denise Perkins, a Mindful Productivity & Results Coach for female entrepreneurs.
I help women get S.H.I.T. done: Strategy, Habits, Implementation & Transformation - so they reduce distraction, plan like a CEO, and create consistent results.
My own transformation happened when I realized productivity wasn’t about doing more… it was about aligning my effort with what actually moves my business forward.
That’s the shift I help women step into.
Honestly, I just wanted five quiet minutes to drink my coffee before my three little kids needed snacks, diapers, or help finding the tiniest Littlest Pet Shop toy.
At 5:00 a.m., I’d sink into my Craigslist chair - my “morning routine chair” - exhausted, bone-tired, and wondering how I was going to hold it all together: three kids under five, a husband traveling nonstop, and a brand-new real estate career.
That chair became my lifeline. It was the only place I felt peace. I wasn't mom, wife, or an agent. I was simply Denise. I didn’t know it at the time, but those early morning minutes (when I forced myself out of bed before the chaos started), became the foundation for everything I now teach. Those moments in my chair taught me to pause and ask myself one question:
What actually matters?

My real estate career grew quickly after I started using the Ninja Selling framework, and that led to coaching other agents. I loved the work, it showed me that what I was teaching wasn’t just about real estate, it was about how people operate, plan, and lead themselves.
Then 2020 collapsed everything at once. I was home-schooling three kids, running a business in a completely new way, and trying to grow a coaching practice. And in the middle of all of it, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Those months were full of tests, surgeries, and uncertainty. The only thing that kept me steady was the simple practice I had built years earlier in my old morning chair — taking a few quiet minutes to ask myself what actually mattered that day. I didn’t do it perfectly, but it kept me grounded, clear, and functioning when life was anything but.
Treatment ended, I got the all clear and I went back to work. What shouted out to me was obvious: what we call “productivity” is so much more than color-coded spreadsheets and fancy to-do lists. Its less about productivity and more about prioritization. It’s about getting crystal clear on what matters the most and letting the rest fall away. I realised I’d been building a system around that idea for years without naming it.
That became The Mindful Productivity Method™.
Time is the most important asset we have. Life is too short to waste on 'busywork'. It's time to get your S.H.I.T together - so you can run the business of your dreams with more freedom than you ever thought possible.

The Mindful Productivity Method™ is built around one purpose:
To help women entrepreneurs lead their business with structure, clarity, and calm consistency.
It gives you a clear way to make decisions, set priorities, and stay organized without relying on motivation or forcing more hours into your day. Its stops the relentless 'busywork' and allows you to see what is important, what grows your business and what is draining your time and energy.
The method is built on the S.H.I.T. Framework: Strategy, Habits, Implementation, Transformation. There are a variety of different ways to get your S.H.I.T together too! Whether you want to join the monthly Vision to Reality Workshop, The Next 90-Day Results Accelerator, private 1:1 coaching or attend the annual 2 day Vision to Reality Business Action Planning Retreat, there is something for everyone, at any stage of your business.
The Mindful Productivity Method™ is for you to build a strategy that honors who you are — and a vision worth showing up for every damn day.
Here’s what I often see in the women I support:
Your business is established, but the day-to-day feels dense and mentally demanding.
You’re sorting through constant decisions and want a clearer way to plan your week.
You crave growth, but you want a system that supports your energy, not one that pushes you to exhaustion.
The vision for your business, where you want it to go, is hard to identify and work on because you are stuck in the 'busywork' every day.
You’re craving more space in your schedule and a work structure that feels aligned with this season of your life.
You’re ready for a grounded, sustainable way of working that helps you stay focused as your business continues to expand.

I spend a lot of time teaching structure, clarity, and strategy, but here’s the unfiltered, real-life Denise:
