3. User Accounts

If you create an account via Captivation Hub or any program platform, you are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality

Not sharing login info

All activity under your account

We may revoke access if misuse or sharing occurs.

4. Payment Terms & Late Payments

By purchasing any product, workshop, coaching package, or retreat, you agree:

All payments must be completed regardless of participation.

Late or failed payments result in loss of access to all program materials, calls, and communities.

We reserve the right to send unpaid invoices to collections.

Payment plans must be fulfilled as agreed.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

A. Next 90 Days: Results Accelerator

We offer a 30-day Results Guarantee:

If after completing the in-person training portion (or the first 30 days of the live program), completing assignments, and implementing the system exactly as designed, you experience no improvement in clarity, productivity, systems, or weekly planning habits, you may request a refund.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the program start date.

We may require proof of completed work.

B. Digital Products & Online Courses

This includes the Mindful Productivity Masterclass and all templates or digital downloads.

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued.

C. Workshops (Including CEO Planning Workshop)

No refunds for workshops—free or paid.

D. Vision to Reality Retreat

No refunds within 30 days of the event start date.

Earlier cancellation requests are considered case-by-case and not guaranteed.

Tickets may be transferable with written approval.

E. Private 1:1 Coaching / Consulting

Unless otherwise specified in your coaching agreement, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Your results depend on your skills, effort, and implementation.

Nothing in our programs constitutes:

Financial advice

7. No Professional Advice

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or security issues on these external platforms.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for:

Policy violations

Disruptive behavior

Sharing proprietary materials

Non-payment

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Any disputes will be resolved in King County, WA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of changes.
