About me & the Mindful Productivity Method™

From survival mode to a method that changes everything

I built The Mindful Productivity Method for women who are doing everything right and still

wondering why it doesn't feel like enough. The S.H.I.T. framework — Systems, Habits,

Implementation, Transformation gives them the decision filter to stop reacting and start leading.

"My own transformation happened when I realized productivity wasn't about doing more.

It was about aligning my effort with what actually moves my business forward."

That's the shift this work is built around

I didn’t set out to create a productivity method.

Honestly, I just wanted five quiet minutes to drink my coffee before my three little kids needed snacks, diapers, or help finding the tiniest Littlest Pet Shop toy.

At 5:00 a.m., I'd sink into my Craigslist chair, bone-tired and running on fumes, wondering how I was going to hold it all together: three kids under five, a husband traveling nonstop, and a brand-new real estate career.

That chair became my lifeline. It was the only place I felt peace. I wasn't mom, wife, or an agent. I was simply Denise. I didn’t know it at the time, but those early morning minutes (when I forced myself out of bed before the chaos started), became the foundation for everything I now teach. Those moments in my chair taught me to pause and ask myself one question:

What actually matters?

Fast forward...

My real estate career grew quickly after I started using the Ninja Selling framework, and that led to coaching other agents. I loved the work, it showed me that what I was teaching wasn’t just about real estate, it was about how people operate, plan, and lead themselves.

Then 2020 collapsed everything at once. I was home-schooling three kids, running a business in a completely new way, and trying to grow a coaching practice. And in the middle of all of it, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Those months were full of tests, surgeries, and uncertainty. The only thing that kept me steady was the simple practice I had built years earlier in my old morning chair — taking a few quiet minutes to ask myself what actually mattered that day. I didn’t do it perfectly, but it kept me grounded, clear, and functioning when life was anything but.

Treatment ended. I got the all clear and went back to work. What became obvious to me was this: what we call productivity is so much more than color-coded spreadsheets and to do-lists. It's not about doing more. It's about doing the right things. I'd been building a system around that idea for years without ever naming it.

That became The Mindful Productivity Method™.

Time is the most important asset you have. The version of you that built this business was an incredible doer. The version that grows it has to become something different. That's the transition this work is designed to support, and it's exactly what the The Mindful Productivity Method™ was build for.

What I teach today...

The Mindful Productivity Method™ is built around controlling idea: you don't have a productivity problem. You have a prioritization problem.

The S.H.I.T. framework - Systems, Habits, Implementation, Transformation, gives you the structure to stop reacting and start leading. It's not a planner. It's not a time-blocking system. It's the framework for how you actually run your business as the CEO you are.

There are several ways to work through it, depending on where you are and how you learn best. From the $35 Vision to Reality: Lead like a CEO workshop to the flagship Next 90 days: Results Accelerator, each offer is designed to meet you where you are help you lead like the CEO you already are.

Here’s what I often see in the women I support:

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

  • Your business has momentum, but the next level is going to require you to lead differently.

  • Everything feels important, and you're tired of guessing what deserves your time first.

  • You know what would move your business forward, but the day-to-day keeps taking over.

  • You've been implementing everybody else's strategy. you're doing all the tings, and it's still not moving the needle.

  • You're the bottleneck. Every decision runs through you, and your business can't grow past you.

  • You're doing a lot. You just can't point to what's actually moving forward.

That's not a discipline problem. That's a prioritization problem. And that's exactly what we work on.

Some things you may not know about me...

I spend a lot of time in work mode. Here's the rest of me.

Whistler is my happy place.

Skiing is pure joy for me - so much so that one of my life goals

is to still be skiing when I’m 80.

Football fanatic.

My Seahawks have my heart, and fall is hands-down my favorite season because there’s football on nearly every night. My kids? They think I’m obsessed.

Frank’s Red Hot forever. I really do put that sh*t on everything.

Gardening newbie. I’m dipping my toes in - hoping it’ll be my next great love..

Road trip queen.

Whether it’s belting out songs solo or singing with my kids at the top of our lungs, the car is where some of my best memories live. Bonus points if it’s in a convertible (I used to have a red Miata and I want one again!).

Movement matters.

My husband and I have done triathlons together, and while I can’t run right now, I love strength training (CrossFit girl here) and how my body feels after a great workout.

"I was more reactive versus intentional. I moved through my week. I reacted to the Business that came my way. I reacted to the tasks that came my way. I was not intentional. So now I have a roadmap. And I have a compass."
